CODE OF ETHICS GOVERNING MEMBERS
Members are good corporate citizens. They assist government and civil society organizations in efforts to promote the Philippines as a wellness destination. They help the communities that are within their sphere of influence. They protect the environment, conserve natural resources, and promote sustainable development.
Members uphold the highest standard of professionalism. They are honest and courteous in all professional interaction and transactions and shall not engage in fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, illegal and unethical practices.
Members are good employers. They train, compensate and supervise justly and humanely their staff. They are gender sensitive and promote the empowerment and well being of their staff.
Members are good service providers. They provide only those treatments, products and services that are safe, effective and of the highest quality. They educate customers about treatments, products and services to better serve the end consumer.
Members are active participants of SAPI. They participate enthusiastically in the activities of the Association. They inform the Association of the latest techniques, developments and knowledge pertinent to professional improvement. They assist other members in their professional growth. They utilize every opportunity to enhance the public image of the Association and the Spa and Wellness Industry.
